From Excel to Big Data with One Agent Path
Why analysis tooling should span personal files, operational databases, and larger data systems.
Many analysis tools are optimized for only one layer of work.
Some are good for personal files like Excel. Some are good for operational databases. Others only start to feel useful once there is a large data platform behind them.
Real work rarely stays inside one of those boundaries.
A useful data agent should be able to move across them without changing its reasoning model every time:
- start from a business question
- resolve the intended semantic meaning
- inspect available evidence
- call the right tools for the current data surface
- return conclusions that stay linked to their support
That is the direction we want Tukun to push toward. Not a collection of isolated entry points, but one analysis path that can grow with the complexity of the work.
